REFUND POLICY

DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

All of our products are quality tested and all shipments are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our warehouse. Be sure to carefully check all packages for damage before opening them (broken seals will affect your return rights). All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Please contact us and provide detailed information about any product damaged during transit during this period.

 

USA

For US customers, our delivery promise is 1-7 business days. We will notify you at the point of sale of the courier details and you will be able to track your shipment.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 28 days. In accordance with US law, we accept returns as long as the security seal on the bottle has not been broken and you notify us via email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@valenss-wellness.com

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@valenss-wellness.com

RETURNS / EXCHANGE TRANSPORTATION

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
